Join us for ALTS SUMMIT 2025

Our signature Alts Summit is held each spring and brings together more than 150 wealth advisors and broker dealers who are using or have expressed interest in alternative investments to interact with asset managers and service providers.

Golf tournament

The tournament takes place from 1-5 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

Sponsor a team of four for $1,500. This includes your firm’s logo and signage on the course.

Shipping & Materials Handling

Superior Expo Services (SES) is the official service contractor for Alts Summit 2025. Please read the Exhibitor Service Manual for information about ordering material handling and other services.

Ambassador exhibits are 8′ x 12′ and all other exhibits are 8′ x 8’*.  Blue Vault is providing each exhibitor:

  • 8′ tall white draped background drape
  • 3′ tall white draped side dividers
  • 6′ table with black skirt
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 1 ID signs

SES offers discount rates if services are ordered by February 24, 2025. All materials must be received at the warehouse by March 5th.

If you choose not to use SES’s services, please note shipments may not arrive at the Omni more than 48 hours prior to the first day of the conference and must be addressed to your representative c/o Blue Vault Alts Summit 2025. Items arriving more than hours in advance may be refused delivery.

Orders must be paid by credit card prior to the conference.

If you are providing a monitor or want to charge your own devices (computers, iPads, etc.), you must order a 120V 20 AMP Single Phase power drop for the booth.
